GEPF LAZY, *********** AND POSSIBLY STUPID

This is disgusting. My Mother has changed her bank account details. Was given incorrect information by GEPF Cape Town staff members with regards to the whole process and as a result she has not received her April and May 2019 funds. Every visit she has made to the Cape Town office means we have to borrow money just to get there. And for what? To be told "the matter is with Joburg now". The problem is lazy people are being paid a wages to make excuses and waiting for the weekend. Ombudsman advised they do not deal with this so what do we do now?
