GEPF IS USELESS

I don't understand how the fact that we save money into this fund and have so much trouble when we need to cash out. I have submitted all my documents, it is well past 60 days and I am being told that my file is still with membership. That is what I was told 60 days ago. It is unfair and inconsiderate because the reasons for resignation include financial distress. I am frustrated by the fact that i'm not asking GEPF to lend me money. I am cashing out my hard earned money.
