GEPF is being run by the wrong poeple

good day Peter , my dad went on pension in september 2018 weve submit all documents to GEPF on January 2019 (TOOK US MORE THAN A MONTH TO COLLECT THIS DOCUMENTS) , weve received a phone call from them on 13 May 2019 hes money is payd out he went to bank no money he called them just to hear they made a mistake by typing in the wrong acc. nr. ( so its Gepf mistake not ours) anyways now the story goes on they want new documents again for some reason , what happend to the documents ...
