GEPF is a mess

There absolutely has to be a better way to claim from GEPF. In Gauteng we have to deal with delays by our HR departments and Department of E-gov. GEPF also further compounds challenges as they pick error after error further delaying claims. There's no follow up and no communication. We are expected to spend cash we don't have on lengthy and regular calls to follow up on our claims throughout the whole value chain. This is money we worked hard for but we are at home without income for months because we have uncaring government officials. After each error the process is initiated for months again. This is not fair.
