GEPF: ***********/unhelpfull

I resigned 30 March 2022 after 41 years & 11 months service in Department of Defence. All my documents including divorce decree, my ex's death certificate. Its now 8 months later and I have not received my pension payout, my file is lying currently at the "Special Projects" since 12 Oct 2022, before this it was at the legal section since 05 Sept 2022.

I have sent numerous e-mails with no detailed reply as to when I can expect my pension = 8 months without income or unable to invest. Fortunately my children were able to help but now I'm broke. I'm unable to move on with my life, can't purchase a property to retire on, can't invest my pension, have monthly debit orders, bond and muncipal payments, ect, ect.

In Jan & Feb 2022 I informed them in writing I was going to resign from the fund as the Law allows me to.
