GEPF in shambles with no clue about processes
I resigned from Government and my application and documents where received on 17 April 2015. According to policy the payment is to be made within 60 days, which subsequently already passed. Now the response is only \still at payment/in process". What a load of **** excuses. Trying to get to someone who can assist and actually be clear only ends in more frustration. Don't even bother trying to speak to someone directly in the finance department as attempts to do this is also futile. Sending e-mails secures you of no response either. Where is the transparency the GPAA is so proud of themselves? I know the only response to this post will most probably also be one of utter \""bucket-passing\"". But I just wonder why so many people would post negative stuff if a sevice provider was infact competent. If someone from GEPF actually wants to reply my direct no is *** and I will gladly supply you with more info to clear my payment. I really feel sorry for people who had the patience to wait it out for several months. This is very wrong and should be taken seriously by GEPF and GPAA. """
