GEPF ignoring their members attempts to contact them

I have submitted a claim on the self help portal for the Two Pot system on the 30th of September 2024, the bank verification was done on the same day. Since then there is no movement on my claim. Attempts to send E Mail to the GPAA is also unsuccessful as you get no response back from them. To try to get them to phone you back also prove to be pointless. It seems that you are unable to contact them and they do not respond to any communication.
