GEPF horrors

Tried submitting my tax return for 2023 but I couldn’t I keep getting this massage Please note that this tax return was not processed,the directives no!!!!!!! Captured on IRP5 differs with the directive number issued by SARS,please contact the fund administrator to rectify the error.been to GEPF couples of time for them to sort this out nothing has been done,and SARS keeps on deducting my money bcz of late submission as if it my fault can’t even claim my two pot because of this 🙂↕️
