GEPF heartless

hello peter.. GEPF does not care about people, my mother resigned from work October 2019 and processed all her supporting documents for her pension but till today she has not received any payments from these people. she has been working as a teacher for roughly 20 years serving the community with all her heart but when it comes to paying her they just sit back and relax. we have been calling their call center everyday and everyday they promise that she will paid after 2 weeks. i am so hurt because we are afraid that the banks are going to take away everything that my mother has worked so hard for. GEPF does not practice BATO PELE and this person who is suppose to authorize payments does not really care about other people. what do they think we are eating.
