GEPF has not paid my pension fund

My last day of work was on 31/09/19 till today my pension fund is still not paid out.

I have 2 surnames on my ID and GEPF told me that they cannot deposit money to my nedbank account because of the 2 surnames on my account. I was told to open a new account for them to payout my pension fund.

I opened a new account with ABSA and gave them the banking details and they told me that they have updated my details and the money will be paid into my account before the end of december 2019.

We are now in 2020 January and I still haven't received my pension fund. I keep following up with them and they always tell me that they still in the finally process of making a payment.

This is really affecting me very negatively as I am unable to pay my accounts and I am now in arreas and have to pay collections fees and other payments for failure to pay my installments on my loans accounts. All because of GEPF is failing to pay out my pension fun
