GEPF has 0 consideration for widows.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by GEPF, a claim that was filed 3 months ago has not been processed. They don't always answer their phone and when you email them they give false updates, today i finally got to speak with a consultant and i was told that they are still waiting to retrieve my late father's original file and its only then that they will start processing the application. Which means for the past 3 months they have been doing NOTHING, they get paid every month to give excuses and false updates.
