GEPF Hapiness Ndou. No answer. No payment. Lame excuses

Horrible, rude, lying people. All documents was correct from 10 Aug2018. Documents was sent to gepf legal 13 Aug 2018. Hapiness Ndou sent email to ex husband on 1 Oct 2018 for payment process. Gepf said 60 working days. Phoned more then 30 times sent 3 emails to Hapiness Ndou. Got a hold of her and she told me the same lame story its not processed yet. On the 5 Nov 2018 , 60 days is past. What is Hapiness Ndou doing she has the file for so long and nothing has been done. I want a payment date and the date beter be before the 9 October 2018. Sick and tired of the same lame story. I want answers i dont want to here theres a backlog its not my problem!!! My stuff was done right the first time you said 60 days.
