GEPF/GPAA SUCKS
<p>My Mother was an educator in the Eastern Cape, she started in January 1992 & retired in 2012. She only got payout from April 1994 instead of January 1992, we enquired & GEPF said they made a "mistake & assumed" that she was in a teachers' strike that ended in April 1994, theyu will recalculate & payout with interest. We habe been calling since then to findout progress, all we get is "its with our Legal team, they still investigating" till today. We have spoke with different consultants as well as GEPF/GPAA Managers with no luck, to name a few: Benjamin, Kemo, Getrude, Kgomotso Moleti, Edeth Glyn, Spokazi Adonis, Moloko Motekgana, Lucille Smith; Aubrey Nehone, (GEPF Manager in Bisho) & Sisi Mpye (Branch Manager: Employer & Government Liaison Services: National Departments) who promised that Aubrey is dealing with the matter & will contact us soon, which he never & Sisi stopped responding to my emails.</p>
