GEPF Funeral Benefits

My mother app**** for Funeral Benefits on 23.02.2021 after my father passed on 20.02.2021. we have been phoning every week with no results. 5 weeks ago was told it was put on escalation. every week for 5 weeks we get the same answer. its on escalation. we are told to phone again in a weeks time. with no results except its on escatlation. its been 10 months with no pay out of funeral benefits.
