Gepf funds stuck

I resigned 3 months ago. I have been following up with gepf since week 3, as all my docs were prepared well and thoroughly. The banks are now turning against me, as i cannot give them a payment date. My benefit was withdrawn from the find and even SARS finalised the directive 13 November already. So i even was taxed already. More than 6 weeks passed where the same excuse is given week after week. Approval. Awaiting approval. Calculations audited and checked again. Awaiting authorization and now awaiting payment date for more than 10 days already. No further benefit and me running from the banks so they do not repossess my car. I have the money in my name but not my bank account. I am not asking for xmas presents. Only for MY money to be paid to my bank account so i can settle my debt with the banks. Where do i report this? The gepf is receiving interest on my benefit while my debt and stress kevels are rising. PLEASE!!!!! HELP!!!!!!
