GEPF ***** assistance

Good Day,

I am assisting someone who was de*****ed out of his share in his grandmother's pension benefit. I have sent several letters to GEPF informing them of the situation, he has been to GEPF offices, we have contacted the call centre, but nothing has happened. I am at wits' end. What more can I do?
