GEPF FAILS MEMBERS

GEPF is all about doing nothing. I resigned from government more than 3 months ago. When you call the contact centre for feedback the agents are so rude its as if they doing you a favour. The application was in payments then sent back to processing because someone couldn't calculate. Meanwhile im at home waiting for an operation that probably wont b performed because Dec is upon us. Sies. They are terrible.
