GEPF failed to correct their mistake

I Nelisiwe Mildred Mkhwa**** pension no ***7 Resigned at 2022 31 January In GEPF they said there was one number addded to my information but they cannot rectify it because their tax department closes in February and open in June 2022 I waited until god my fund in November 2022

After that when I submit my tax returns there still a problem first they gave two directive numbers which SARS fail to proscess my tax return. I went to GEPF they said they have cancel the other direstive no.But one they said to be used is inactive with SARS ,Whent went to GEPF they said it working with them so nothing wrong proble is SARS I’ve been to them for more then 30 times with no help. SARS wrote a letter to them which they did not read it instead they said I must go ombudsman which I can’t get to their ombudsman
