GEPF DOES NOT WANT TO PAY

The fund is totaly being unfair to my widowed mother tomorrow will be marking the 4th month payment...its not fair what about her fianances ,they doing a back and forth she came from Grahamstown to Pe twice in 2 months but still nothing...they saying her money was putted in her account but different bank name...how is that possible???

Nothing is being done that a widowed mother of 4!!!!
