GEPF does not do right by the people.

I seriously don't know what to do anymore. Been out from the service last year October, when I enquired about my pension fund pay out this year in March I was told that a copy of my ID and a Z894 form were outstanding I quickly emailed and faxed them then I got a reply to say they have received them for re-issue however they are not sure of the date as to when it will be finalised. Two months later I contact them to find out how far the process is to my pension fund pay out then I being told that the bank form is outstanding.. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.. I emailed it again but I bet nothing will happen again. This is not right i spend so much money phoning them holding the line for almost an hour spending money on airtime money I don't have. This is not right.
