GEPF DO NOT PAY MONTHLY BENEFITS IN TIME TO WIDOW

I have change my banking detail from Absa to FNB in June, I send all the original documents on 21 June 2018, They claim they did not receive any documents. so the payment was made to the Absa account that was already closed by end of August 2018 and I did not get paid. So yet again on 31 August 2018 I send all the documents they received it on 4 September 2018 (VUSI signed for the documents). On the 12 of September 2018 they told me that they need a certified copy of my ID so I send it on the 12 September 2018, which they received on the 14 September 2018 signed by BETHUEL. Still they claim the system makes the payment so I will yet again not get pay the end of September 2018, because it will again bet send to ABSA (the account that was closed in July 2018) HELP BECAUSE NOBODY CARE IF MY 4 YEAR OLD GOES TO BED HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!!
