GEPF, do better!

My mom has been waiting for a month to here back from GEPF regarding my late dad's pension and funeral cover. Nobody is replying to her emails and she was put on hold for over 20min on the phone! This is completely unacceptable and I cannot believe the treatment that pensioners get, especially at such a critical time, after losing a spouse. Something has to change!!
