Gepf divorce claim pay out delay
I am very disappointed, I've send off all my documents by registered mail to Gepf last year in May 2018, it was confirmed in May that everything has been received in order, than ever since I've been hearing the file is with leagal, than in November 2018 they told me I must resend the confirmation letter, so I did that than I called them, they confirmed everything is fine, it is with leagal , everytime I call I get a different answer how is that possible, it is a divorce claim, pension no ********** 6, I am the ex spouse.

04 Mar 2019, 11:06I cant believe it, still no pay out response from GEPF, when I call them I keep on getting the same answer, it's with payout department.
