Gepf discriminates against a member who became disabled due to a rare disease and don't keep their promises. Gepf tells lies and does not fulfill their commitments

I am a 45yr old woman and became disabled within a year because I got diagnosed with a rare genetic connective tissue disease. I was a fully functional nursing unit manager before I got ill and was medically boarded under ill retirement I had broken service and qualified for medical aid and because I worked 3 yrs I was promised by the western cape gepf representative that they will add a extra 5 years to my current service in writing and I had witnesses who knows what gepf promised. Gepf paid me out only my service years which was a measly amount. Gepf discriminated against me because I got ill and nobody ask to become ill and disabled I have medical which I must pay but I never got paid out my extra 5 yrs as promised. It does not make sense that I got medical aid as how must I pay it as the measly amount I used to secure a place. Gepf don't keep to their promises and as a public servant I have become a beggar. What happened to me is unfair and I want my five years to be paid out. To discriminate against a ill and disabled woman who is the sole provider is unacceptable. Gepf destroyed my life with their lies and does not care about their public servants. Till to date I received no communication from gepf regarding the 5 years that was agreed upon to be paid out. It is sad that gepf do not care and they do just what they want. I am totally perturbed that gepf can discriminate against a public servant and delivers such a bad service and gets away with it. Gepf lies to their members and I demand justice what happened to me. My pension nr ***9 and my Persal nr ***5.
