GEPF Disappointing

I've been told to call back every week on end from October till to date for feedback and clarity. Now their office lines are programmed to put you on hold the whole day till 4pm. No answer at all no replies on e-mails too. i am highly disappointed. They even promised a guaranteed 60 day turnaround time, nothing to date.
