GEPF Different Sections

Hi... Could anyone please perhaps just help me as they say my file also in back of contribution section as of 09/11/2019 update that i got today on 13/11/2019, so i just want to know how many sections or offices are there till file get's to the Payment Section Office of GEPF?? Im struggling to get to an answer.

Just how many sections are there for a file at GEPF, from the Contribution Section to get to Payment Section?? Would really appreciate if someone could help me out with how many or what are all the different section names which a file usually have to go through at GEPF?
