Im getting devorced and my spouse wants half of my pension for the time that we were married i am an contributing member for the past 27 years we was married for 10 years the pension fund say i must pay interest back if i take money out of my pension fund now my interest alone is about 12000 rand that i will have to pay back without my monthly installment at this stage my pension is about 3 million why must i pay back interest on my own money taking into concideration i am contributing towards this pension fund for the past 27 yers if i cannot pay back this enormous amount per month the interest is going to eat up my total pension this is totally unconstitutional and all gepf members needs assistance with this we will appreciate if we can get help
