GEPF DEATH CLAIM NOT PAID FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW!!!!

We submitted a death claim in May 2017 and all the paperwork requested by GEPF was submitted. We were told that the claim needed to be investigated by the Forensic team in July 2018, the investigation was completed on 15 February 2019 according to Mr Buyile Gazi of the Forensic team and the file was transferred to the Finance team for payment. On following up with the GEPF call center we were told that the file was received by the Finance team on 26 February 2018 and is being processed for payment. The GEPF Finance team has been processing the payment for 7 WEEKS now and everytime we call the call center we are told that someone was busy working on the file yesterday to give us false hope. I want to know when will GEPF payout our money?
