GEPF contacted my Mom early this year,around February to say that she qualified for the money that was outstanding when pension payout was done to my late father as my Mom was the beneficiary

GEPF contacted my Mom early this year,around February to say that she qualified for the money that was outstanding when pension payout was done to my late father as my Mom was the beneficiary. She then submitted all the required documents,but to date,there's no payment made. We are being send from pillar to post when we make a follow up on this,in so much that we are suspecting foul play,in this ******* SA
