GEPF complain

Good day,

My name is Amos Mabena a retired pensioner (CP B56680A1). I received a lumpsum from the GEPF, i received the IRP5/IRP3a, but to my surprise that very same IRP5/IRP3a wasn't submitted to SARS. I got the shock of my life when i was due for a refund but SARS revised my 2022 assessment to RNil pending GEPFs submission of the IRP document. I have contacted the GEPF contact centre multiple times, i have spoken to the following Kentse Eunice Thipe <***, Rauna Filipe <***, Rotakala T****ahe <Rotakala.T*******> and to date none of them have been of any assistance to me. Its just one promise to another and taking to me to pillar to post in an attempt to get me to quit this matter. I can't loose a refund over someone's incompetence simply because someone didn't do their job properly. The 21working days to allow me to object the revised assessment on Monday 6 February 2023 and I'm afraid that this may also reach you when its too late. Reaching out to special media is my last resort in trying to get this mater sorted.
