GEPF

I'm so furious and tired with GEPF, my husband passed away on the 4th of July 2021 yet they never pay his funeral benefit til to date. Another thing, my husband made his long service claim in 2016 which they promised to pay him, but he never got paid til his last day. During my claim follow-up visits to GEPF they told me to bring SARS 2019 tax certificate, which SARS is unable to give due to the money that GEPF claim to have paid my husband the lump sum of R395, 405 in 2019 which is a **** lie, no such amount was paid by GEPF to my husband nor to me after his death, and for this reason SARS could not give me the 2019 tax clearance not up until GEPF pays this money which they **** on the system by noting that they have paid him in 2019. I wonder how many people out there are being **** by GEPF? They are not to be trusted at all, look because SARS gave me 2019 Directive ***7, Source Code 3920, Gross amount 395406, Tax 59310, as a reason why I can't get the 2019 tax clearance requested by GEPF, this GEPF is despicable. I am not satisfied with the monthly payment I'm receiving from GEPF. There's huge difference between what I'm receiving and the monthly earnings received by my late husband when he was still alive. These things devastates and annoys me big time, for how long am I supposed to be turned away with document by GEPF for the baseless reasons? This is unfair and tiring. GEPF must be stopped with their lies and forced to do good, no man this is really exhausting and annoying
