GEPF cannot be reach by telephone

It is simply impossible to reach the GEPF by telephone. The tape recorded message refers to my calls being important to them, and that an agent will assist me shortly, however, after more than an hour of holding on ( i.e. at opening time namely 08h00 - they continue to experience high call volumes) until past 9h00, but which time I give up. I no longer try to reach the GEPF by telephone. It is an unfortunate situation and really not good service.
