GEPF callcentre excellent service

During Covid-19 I had to make a few calls to GEPF callcentre to find out re my mom's pension. It was over the span of mulitple months and each time I've spoken to Given. The assistance and advie was excellent as well as friendly. It seems Given was the only person working at GEPF and making the effort to assist the caller. Thank you Given, you are a star.
