GEPF Call Centre FRUSTRATION

When is the last time SENIOR management evaluated the Call Centre !!! It takes 6min 23 seconds JUST to get to some options after having to listen to electronic help..... then.... you are told the call volumes aere high and then you wai another 15 minutes!! Shockingly unaccepatable.... and the ÄGENT" is useless!!
