GEPF BAD COMMUNICATION

I previously for a very long time tried to contact GEPF in connection with my benefit statement of my monthly income for urgent use. But alas, without any success. I retired on the 30th November 2016. I provided the necessary details like I'd no: ***, Persalno ***2, Pension no ***9, SARS no ***. I even provided the email address *** to be linked to my profile. But NOTHING in response.
