GEPF AS A WHOLE ARE *********** AND RUDE AT THE VERY SAME TIME!

I write this with so much anger, frustration and disappointment with your office on how you are handling my Mothers matter.

Her last day of work was month end of April, since then she hasn't received her payment... The worst part of it it's the lies she gets told every time she calls. One will tell her something was wrong with her documents, one will tell her it's in the payments department. That's the song she has been told from last month, now I ask myself if there's something wrong with her documents, couldn't that be picked up up earlier since her case was known from February that she's going on pension? We have lost all trust in you... I'm even worried myself because I work for the Department of Higher Education and my money is kept there if will I also encounter such inhumanity when I take pension.

My Mother hasn't been receiving anything for the past 6 months. Really now being a breadwinner how is she supposed to survive? What's worse is the I don't care attitude she's been experiencing. Can you survive 3 months without getting paid?

All she's asking for now is to give her her monthly salary, because it's obvious she won't be getting her lumpsum anytime soon. Which we don't understand what's the hold up after so long.

Can this matter be sorted out before it gets out of hand. We can drag the media if we want to. She has been patient enough with you.

Call her, tell her the exact date of getting her money, her health is being affected by this. This is unacceptable, fix it.
