GEPF absolute no show.

I have tried to get in contact with the GEPF to access my personal profile. One for nominating a beneficiary and two, to find out about the 2 pot system. The self help option is absolutely useless and does nothing. Sending them emails does nothing because you will just have no response. Their *** nr is not working and if you want to phone the 0800 nr, you are stuck in a queue of a 180 callers. Not even the district office wanted to help me.

Now my question, From December I have tried to get hold of these people, Just to be ignored for 7 months now. Absolutely pathetic.
