I have been struggling since December 2022 for my beneficiary money to be paid out. First the call Centre agents stated that my form was not signed, while I have proof that when it was courier with postnet it was signed (It is worrying... because the same form they forwarded to me, is the one I have courier (So why is there no signature while on my show a signature.

Secondly in March I went to the Cape Town office to see what is wrong, and was given new forms... of those I courier with Courier Guy my and my brothers forms. So since that time, the call center's agents say it is with re-issuing. Today subsequently my form are now nowhere to be found not on the system, etc.

And now they are saying I must re-submit all my forms and send it again via Courier, with money I don't have...

Can someone please HELP!!!!!!!!! I am going out of my mind!
