GEPF ***********

My divorce claim not yet payed since February 2024! GEPF not giving me a valid reason to why payment has not be payed.they keep on tell me that 'your file is in the payment section'. 18th September I called them.the lady assisting me told me they last worked on my file on the 5th August! This is so unfair.who ever that is busy with my file,he/she is one hell of an irresponsible official.i asked if there is anything wrong.she said no errors identified,the file is up to date!
