I retired at the end of 2018. My forms were handed in by 1 October 2018. By the 2nd of January 2019 a payment, looking like monthly pension, was made into my account. By the 4th of January 2019 my lump sum was paid int my account.

Up to date no other monthly pension payment was made. Since the 4th of February I am trying to get an answer to a simple question: What is the date of payment of monthly pension?

The call centre is playing music and after 20 minutes I put phone down. Emails give automatic reply.
