i resigned from government early december last year. my last day for gov was this year in january and i started working for another company 1st of february. it has been almost a year now and im still waiting for the Government Employee Pension fFund to pay out my moneys. There seems to be something missing all the time. They promise a 60day turn around time, but when i call in to enquire, their staff are unproffessional, they have little to no knowledge of whats going on, the poorest customer service, they are rude and nothing is ever resolved. i am still waiting for the pay out till today. i call in twice a week to enquire and everytime i call in, i get a different explaination from everyone who answers the call. it is as if no one trully knows what is going on. When i spoke to some of my former coleagues who left, they have the same experience, but nothing close to what i am experiencing right now. it is close to the end of the year yet i still have not received anything, nor any clear answer to what the hold up is.
