Gauteng Department of Education's pension fund and their service is terrible.

I contacted the Department of Education in Sedibeng East in September 2023 for a manual certificate of my pension that paid out in March 2023 after I resigned in January 2023. But because the 2 months fall under different financial years no one can seem to help me.

I've spoken to a lady Kokepso Pooe who can't seem to point me in the right direction even though I've been told to contact her offices.

It's been a struggle since September trying to get a simple certificate. Without this certificate I cannot submit my tax returns and therefore I am being penalised.
