Funeral cover 2 month's after death of member

Absolutely disgusted can not complain about service because there is none!!!!! Waiting almost two months for the funeral cover to pay out and now they still need more paper work after we gave them everything that their website listed, and they don't let you know they need something they just move on to the next case and when you call then they will say ohhh it hasn't been processed because they need something. Absolutely horrible support for grieving family's they don't care at all.
