FUNERAL BENEFIT NOT BEEN PAID OUT

If there was an option not to rate, I would have done so. Worst terrible service ever. My grandmother passed away back in April and there is a funeral claim that I've logged in May 2025. Still this day I have not received a thing. I call each an every day to try and understand what's the hold up but nothing is being done. I do not understand why you have funeral benefits but there aren't paid immediately or within 48hours of submission. You'll go to the office and they cannot help you as well. No wonder your call center queues are so high each and everyday. FOR CHRIST SAKE! YOU ARE DEALING WITH DEATHS HERE!!
