Funeral Benefit Claim

Hi on May 2022 I submitted my funeral benefit claim but never received money...when I contacted them they told me about outstanding documents, I submitted them...since then I keep on contacted them but never got a positive response....I'm very frustrated really last year March I submitted other documents but no payout even today.....please assist me
