Frustration with GEPF

I write this email with a heavy heavy heart. My brother who is currently finished with his matric last year hasn’t been able to apply to any institution as he’s currently waiting for his pension my mom that passed back in the 2020 left for him. We’ve called and physically went to the Justice Department and the say all they require is proof of payment from GEPF for Justice to release the funds. Having to deal with a mother’s loss and still have to put pressure on the department to do the job required is baffling to say the least. My little brother is currently going through depression, seeing his fellow mates in Varity while he’s at home, because of a simple proof of payment from GEPF. Please kindly assist with this matter urgently as this is long overdue now. Please send proof of payment as per the attached individual with all the details, without this becomes a legal matter.
