Frustrating and Poor Service

0 rating honestly. It’s been 11 months since I submitted all my documents for a 5 year balance claim. Everytime I call its escalations and no real movement. Today I called twice and got two different responses from two different consultants. First consultant said my case is awaiting approvals, the 2nd says approvals are done it’s at calculations. The 1st consultant who goes by the name Thando, had the audacity to condescendingly tell me that approvals don’t happen over night. Note that GEPF says 60days. It’s 11 months later and nothing! She comes with such *********** attitude. I have been there physically twice. The consultants are friendly however still no movement of my case. The last consultant told me to pray. Tell me why I should pray when GEPF should just be doing their job.
