Frustrated Claimant by GEPF

I am writting this with a heavy heart, frustrated, sad and disappointed by GEPF. I have been waiting for my payment process since April 2022, i submitted everything they asked for. Everytime I make an enquiry I was told that they are awaiting for amount authorisation, how long does authorisation take? What make them delay? I was hoping that this money will help me and family alot as I am the bread winner at home. I am struggling now my children didn't pay school fees they will not get school report and I am moving more amd more in debts my policies being canceled cancelled, school fees not being paid. I don't know why must I struggle to get my money from GEPF and this is frustrating and painful. I dont knowwhether GEPF want me to die without enjoying my money as I cannot sleep and my stress is holding me hostage as I am not sure how will I pay my children's school fees as May was months of warning. I so wish GEPF Officials can treat our cases as a matter of urgency
