Frustrated by GEPF

I retired on the 29th of February 2024, I have not been paid my lumpsome and monthly income. Whenever I contact GEPF, I am being sent from pillar to post, I've been booted out the premises I was renting. My daughter, who is 9 years old, cannot go to school anymore. Instead of enjoying my retirement, GEPF has turned me into a begger. Can be the powers that be assisted. My medical aid has been suspended and I'm chronic, I have approached you as the last resort, as I have exhausted all the avenues that are available at my disposal.
