Frustrated and angry contributor wanting money due to me

I am very much aggrieved by the treatment I have been getting from GEPF. I have resigned from service in October 2024 and they GEPF received my file on the 11 December 2024 but I still have not yet received my payment.

According to them their turn around time for payments is 60 Days but nothing has happened and my 60 days has passed, instead of being assisted I am being sent from pillar to post and fed lies by their agents.

I am at a risk of losing my assets by next week simply because they refuse to do their work and hand me over whatever is due to me. This is money I had been contributing, it is mine what must it seem like I am being done favour's.

From an app that is useless and doesn't work to a call Centre with agents that always say "we have escalated it" I do not even know what to do anymore.

I am angry and frustrated at this point because I am being treated like a fool for my money.

Provide answers for me and give me something tangible please I am sick and tired.
